We offer molds in three main materials:
Material 1: FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic)
The red molds shown on our homepage are made of FRP.
They have a very smooth surface and excellent demolding performance.
The material is rigid and durable, allowing long-term use without deformation.
FRP molds are ideal for mass production, with a typical lifespan of 700–800 uses.
Although the initial cost is higher, the long-term production cost is very low.
Material 2: Plastic
Plastic molds are cost-effective and suitable for small-batch production and simple shapes.
They have a smooth surface and good flexibility, which makes demolding easy.
Material 3: Steel
Our steel molds are usually made from stainless steel or high-strength carbon steel.
They offer excellent:
- Compression resistance
- Wear resistance
- Corrosion resistance
Steel molds can be reused hundreds of times and are ideal for long-term, heavy-duty production environments.
